Weldbeat Winch Bar

The WeldBeat Winch Bar is a purpose-built front protection solution for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) family. Made in Australia, it features a lightweight aluminium outer shell reinforced by a high-tensile Bisalloy steel winch cradle, delivering maximum protection without unnecessary weight. Engineered for clean vehicle integration and minimal protrusion, the bar is winch-ready—compatible with the WARN VR EVO 12-S (not supplied)—and includes dual recovery points to get you out of tough terrain.

• Construction: Heavy-duty Bisalloy steel winch cradle for strength. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant aluminium shell for reduced weight.
• Low-Profile Design: Does not extend beyond the bonnet or sides of the vehicle; minimal effect on ground clearance and approach angle 
• Pedestrian Safety: Rounded edges and minimal protrusions to reduce injury risk; conforms closely to vehicle body shape.
• Boxed Recovery Points: Positioned beneath and outside the primary impact face to reduce pedestrian exposure and concentrate loads into the chassis.
• Sensor Integration: Designed to accommodate OEM front parking sensors with relocation provisions.
• Lighting Compatibility: Does not obstruct headlights, indicators, or other mandatory vehicle lamps

Formal crash testing has not been completed, and the effect of this accessory on airbag compatibility remains unverified. Independent verification of recovery point working loads is also pending. For full confidence, installation should be carried out by an authorised fitter in accordance with the supplied installer checklist.
