The Weldbeat Sprinter Engine Guard is a Great Quality Engineered Product, Order was delivered within several weeks along with all the fittings and was relatively easy to install. Certainly, recommend the product to any other sprinter owners travbelling on the ouitback gravel roads.

Beautifully crafted piece of aluminium plate, perfectly folded and cut to fit, and powder coated finish. Comes with all brackets and quality stainless steel fasteners and easy to follow instructions (downloadable online and printable).
Only takes around an hour or so to fit with help from a trolley jack.

The medium cargo box will be extremely useful as I will be able to store all the items I don’t want inside the van with me Ie dog food, firelighters, rubbish as well as the wet mats after pack up in the rain.

Look, tbh, the mount required a small alteration to make it fit my back door. This may have been my setup (had to convert 270º hinges to 180º for the age of my van, which is just that awkward in-between-model-changes year of Merc Sprinter). But, regardless, the rack's build quality is remarkable. And it looks mean. Was it a perfect install? No. But it was near perfect and the final result is flawless. That's just the nature of the beast with van builds. I have zero complaints. You guys are first rate. I'll be purchasing more products in the future.

When I ordered side steps for our 4x4 Mercedes Sprinter I was told that we probably wouldn't receive them before Christmas and my expectations were that we would get them in the new year. Went with Weldbeat for being Aussie made and did they deliver! High quality product delivered on time. Brackets are solid and strong, plus all hardware included. The sidesteps themselves work perfectly with my Sprinter van, step in height is now spot on. Build quality is incredible - laser cut details, solid, and high quality TIG welding. I thought my welds were smooth, but these operators are next level! Well worth it!
I struck an installation snag being a midline step with instructions not being up on the webpage yet, and the team responded to my Sunday email (when they didn’t have to, I wasn’t expecting a response until 2026) and followed up the very next day with an install diagram.
